Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fivvo, provided by Studio Oranje LLC(“we,” “us”), at www.fivvo.app(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

fivvo lets you create, store, and download invoices, manage clients, and generate invoice PDFs, including from your own uploaded artwork. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis ($6/month or $49/year) through our payment processor. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service that are not collected by us.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data and artwork you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including rendering PDFs and, where you choose, analyzing uploaded artwork to propose a template layout. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that your invoices comply with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes others’ rights or that is malicious.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or exceed rate limits or abuse free endpoints.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as intended.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance or modify the Service as needed.

Disclaimers

The Service does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Invoice templates, VAT handling, and calculations are provided as tools, and you are responsible for verifying that your invoices meet the requirements that apply to your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Oranje LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as billing owed, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
